Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open subscription manager gui.
2. Click menu System -> Preferences.

Actual results:
[zh_TW] [RHSM GUI] Incorrect window title name for Preferences dialog.

Expected results:
The translated title name should be correctly for 'Preferences'.
