Hello Anish, I don't see any updates from upstream since 2012, so I don't want to maintain it in EPEL. Plus I don't need this software. Feel free to own it in EPEL branches. Hi Anish, You do not need any permission on pkgdb to request a new branch, the most important is communication with the currents maintainers to be sure there is nothing blocking but if you have no answers or (as in this case) you have the green light, you can just go ahead and request the new branch.
