Description of problem:


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.3.3.0.1.20150127115148_446974b

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create a new user and assigned "EvmGroup-user"
2.Login wit the above user and navigate to configure->tasks
3.click on reload

Actual results:
 The user is not authorized for this task or item is displayed on UI. see attached screenshot.

Expected results:
should be able to reload

This is new issue in 5.3.3 and did not occur in the earlier versions(5.3.0/1/2)

This has already been fixed by the following commit - 

New commit detected on manageiq/master:

Verified in 5.4.0.0.10, exactly as in Comment 1, no error appeared.
