Clicking on 'cancel' leads to Host Not found page on webUI. However it should lead to 'discovered_host' page

Description of problem:

From discovered host page, when you select a discovered host and click on 'provision', the new host page will open-up. But when you cancel the form, UI raises 'Host Not Found'

Firebug raises error: "NetworkError: 404 Not Found - https://dhcp201-137.englab.pnq.redhat.com/hosts/mac525400f460d0"

production.log raises:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. discovered a host
2. click on provision button,
3. step2 will open-up the edit host page,
4. click on 'cancel'.


Actual results:
Clicking on 'cancel' leads to Host Not found page on webUI. 

Expected results:
should show the discovered_host page.
