Description of problem:

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce: 
see attached screenshot.
"user limited self services" and  "user self services" users have access to infrastructure product feature,so i think we need to have default views for infrastructure(templates and VMs) too.

Aziza, is this new to 5.3.3?  Can you see if its the same in 5.3.0/1/2 please
