Description of problem:
With currently packaged python-selenium (2.42.1), the firefox webdriver does not work for me, as described in this bug report:
https://code.google.com/p/selenium/issues/detail?id=7642

I simply tried to copy&paste this basic example:
http://www.seleniumhq.org/docs/03_webdriver.jsp#introducing-the-selenium-webdriver-api-by-example
and selenium can't connect to firefox.

If I install the current version from pypi (2.44.0), it works well.

Please update the package with the new version, so that we can use Firefox with selenium.

I built 2.44 for rawhide and f22.

The current version e.g. works with OpenStack Horizons integration tests, esp. several new firefox instances are spawned.

Do you want me to upgrade this in f21, too?

To be clear, integration tests work for me on f21 with python-selenium-2.42.1-3.fc21

It would be great if you could fix this even for F21, yeah. According to the reports, many people are affected.

If you say "worksforme", have you/can you try the linked example, and run it in your desktop session?
