i'm for removing it from kde-l10n for < f22 because it's easy to maintain.

I already fixed the conflict in plasma-oxygen-5.0.2-4.fc2[01].

I don't think removing the .mo file from kde-l10n is a good idea for F<22 because it is also used by the Qt 4 Oxygen style. So I renamed the version from 5.0.2 to liboxygenstyleconfig5.mo (and of course also changed the translation domain to load accordingly). There is not much work to maintain this because there will probably not be any updates to plasma-oxygen in F<22 because we don't want to replace the default KDE 4 style with the Qt 4 version of Plasma 5's interpretation (which has a somewhat different look&feel), nor mix&match the old Qt 4 style and the new Qt 5 style. The 5.0.x style was a straight port of the KDE 4 style, 5.1.0 got the first visual adjustments.

For F22+, we will want that file to be shipped in plasma-oxygen, as for several other translation files, but I think the current kde-l10n spec in Rawhide already has that adjustment.
