using rpm macros redefinition instead of --nocheck

Sorry, correct step to reproduce must include '--nocheck', for example: mock -r epel-6-x86_64 /tmp/ccache-3.1.6-2.el6.src.rpm --nocheck I added comments in code. So we know after several years that we can replace it.
