Description of problem:

Attempts to perform SmartState Analysis of VMs fail with timeout.

How reproducible: 100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select VM
2. Select Perform SmartState Analysis
3. Wait for task to complete

Actual results: Task times out.


Expected results: Task completed successfully.

    Remove references to MiqKvmHost.
    
    The MiqKvmHost.rb file was removed from the source tree.
    However, some references to the file remain, causing the fleecing
    process to terminate due to failed "require" requests.
    This commit removes the extraneous references to MiqKvmHost.
