In Nautilus/Files files or directories can not be deleted direct using the "Delete"-Button of the laptop even if the option "Inculde a Delete command that bypasse Trash" is selected.


Description of problem:
1. Configure Files/Nautilus
Open Files/Naulilus
-> Files
-> Preferences
-> Inculde a Delete Command that Bypasses Trash: Tick to choose option
-> Restart Files/Naultius (this step should not be necessary)

2. Delete File/Folder
Open Files/Nautilus
-> Select File/Folder with mouse
-> Press the "Delete"-Button of the laptop
-> the File/Folder is not deleted (this is the bug)

Analysis
Deleting the file/folder with the option "move to trash" or by using the rm-command in a shell works. So the permissions to delete the file/folder are available. Deleting the files/folders with the "Delete"-Button of the keyboard worked in previous versions of ubuntu and fedora. The "Delete"-Button also works e.g. to delete selected text other applications. So the button works in principle.

Looks like this option is now missing in newer versions of nautilus.

This message is a reminder that Fedora 21 is nearing its end of life.
Approximately 4 (four) weeks from now Fedora will stop maintaining
and issuing updates for Fedora 21. It is Fedora's policy to close all
bug reports from releases that are no longer maintained. At that time

lifetime, sometimes those efforts are overtaken by events. Often a 
more recent Fedora release includes newer upstream software that fixes 
bugs or makes them obsolete.

Fedora 21 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status on 2015-12-01. Fedora 21 is
no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further
security or bug fix updates. As a result we are closing this bug.

If you can reproduce this bug against a currently maintained version of
Fedora please feel free to reopen this bug against that version. If you
are unable to reopen this bug, please file a new report against the
