Description of problem:

Distributed Virtual Router (DVR) feature was shipped as a Technology Preview in RHEL OSP 6, after first introduced in Juno with a bunch of caveats and known limitations. The goal is to offer DVR as a fully supported feature in RHEL OSP 7. 

This bug is for tracking all documentation related items. Updates should be made to Release Notes and Admin guide/configuration article.
