Description of problem:
I am a Kino and libdv developer, and my users have been reporting
problems using Fedora Core binary rpms. The problems are resolved by
removing the binary rpms and building and installing from srpm.
The basic problem is that libdv 0.101 was release with a bad
libtool/.so version. The result is an ABI version conflict. libdv
0.102 has just been released to address this. Please upgrade your
libdv package and rebuild all dependent packages. Thank you.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Choose Capture
2. Start Capture
3. Stop Capture
4. Return to Edit

Actual Results: Only the first frame is captured
The audio properties on the captured frame show insane values.

Expected Results: All frames until a split point or stopped are captured.
Audio properties should show 1600 - 1920 samples and 48KHz or 32KHz
frequency.

libdv-0.102-1 should be in rawhide real soon. In the mean time please
ask your users to verify that our binaries work. I have put them
temporarily here. REOPEN if there are still issues.
