Description of problem:
Next-Gen Node will use anaconda for installation.

For the ease of use and a streamlined experience a anaconda plugin shoul be created which can be used to register the to-be-instaleld Node to Engine.

The benefit of a plugin is that it will give us a) a UI integration and b) kickstart integration

Closing this because bug 1117850 provides a nice way to deploy Engine.
