Source      : OpenIPMI-2.0.19-11.el7.src.rpm
/etc/modprobe.d/OpenIPMI.conf


modprobe.d files shipped by an rpm belong in /usr/lib/modprobe.d
Otherwise the administrator is not able to customize behaviour in /etc/modprobe.d

Moving back to Verified State as it was incorrectly moved back to Assigned when switching the package owner.
