    Configure / My Settings / Default Views - hide the Services table when empty
    
    The Services table was empty for self service users, it's now shown only if the user has rights for any of the items inside.
    
    Pretty much the same as 216243dc5d21ef812c7c2e4deb6bdac8569bf0ae (with subsequent haml fixes) in upstream, except in erb.
