Description of problem:

This is a placeholder bz to request that the plugin for LIO HA support be brought in when it is done for RHEL 7.3.

The default LIO targetd based plugin may not work, because we want to keep that simple and supporting only single node LIO setups.

I am going to close this one for now, because for the initial release we are going to just use lrbd so libstoragemgmt support will not be required.
