Description of problem:
See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1190203 for similar issue for Business Central.

Only cosmetic changes required for dashbuilder. We should remove commons-logging and replace it with jcl-over-slf4j (in case we still need it).
