User has permission to view drift history but cannot view drift history and throwing error:

The user is not authorized for this task or item

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create role to view to allow visibility of Drift history
2. Login as said user and try to view drift history
3.

Actual results:
The user is not authorized for this task or item. 

Expected results:
Permission to view drift history w/o error.

Not able to reproduce this issue as per above mention steps in 5.3.1.see attached screenshot.

Since we are not able to view the drift history details there is hand pointer bug which i have logged.
