gearmand package provides server and client executable in the same package.

The package should be splited into 2 packages :
 - gearmand with executable
 - gearman with worker executable

moreother a systemd service should be created for the gearman worken

then, a sample configuration for german and germand should be considered

this bug also apply into fedora
