Describe the issue: 
The nfs-ganesha and gstatus packages are provided as optional packages in the RHS ISO. The steps to enable the installation of nfs-ganesha and gstatus packages during an ISO installation of RHS are currently provided in the RHS 3.0 Administration Guide. They are more suited for the RHS 3.0 Installation Guide

Suggestions for improvement: 
Migrate the sections on 'Installing nfs-ganesha' and 'Installing gstatus' during ISO installation, from the RHS 3.0 Administration Guide to the RHS Installation Guide

In their current place at the RHS 3.0 Administration Guide, provide a reference to the new location in the RHS 3.0 Installation Guide

NFS-Ganesha and gstatus installation is not added as chapter 4 and 6

The changes are made in the admin guide too as suggested, but due to build issues we are unable to post in online. However, for the time being the details in the Install guide can be tested.

I have verified ISO install and Layered install via RHSM/CDN and using Satellite server. Raised bug1247548 for small update needed.
