Tracking BZ for updating to latest kubernetes. 
 
Will need to: 
  - Update docs
  - Doc api change
  - verify integration (etcd/etcd2, flannel, etc.)

Please update to 0.15.0 - which is the latest release and includes recent fixes.

It approves that the default apiVersion is v1beta3.
