Only requiring vtk-devel as build dependency without the TCL libraries does not seem work anymore with latest rawhide.

CMake Error at /usr/lib64/cmake/vtk/VTKTargets.cmake:3340 (message):
  The imported target "vtkCommonCoreTCL" references the file
     "/usr/lib64/vtk/libvtkCommonCoreTCL.so.1"
  but this file does not exist.  Possible reasons include:
  * The file was deleted, renamed, or moved to another location.
  * An install or uninstall procedure did not complete successfully.
  * The installation package was faulty and contained
     "/usr/lib64/cmake/vtk/VTKTargets.cmake"
  but not all the files it references.

Ah yes, I ran into working on 6.2, apparently 6.1 is affected as well.  Building now:
