Description of problem:
xypic is not included in texlive installation.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
2012-32.20130427_r30134

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install TeXLive and all of its components
2. There is no xypic folder in the texlive tree
3.

Actual results:
Missing xypic folder

Expected results:
xypic folder in the texlive tree.

i'm planing to add this missing package to epel7. Is it ok for you to have it in epel7?

Sure.

Any idea why RedHat stripped out so many parts of texlive?

So far I've had to grab rpm's from fc19 for:

texlive-amstex
texlive-amstex-bin
texlive-cbfonts
texlive-cbfonts-fd
texlive-pst-tools
texlive-xypic

texlive was very big and we had to strip out may parts for rhel7. The missing stuffs will be added in texlive-extension in epel7.
