Doc Text:	Capturing virtual machine memory usage is an useful metric to have in Ceilometer. This update includes a new enhancement that implements memory usage meter for virtual machines by inspecting libvirt 'virDomainMemoryStats'. Verified using next steps:
1. Spawned 2 VMs
2. Added 'memory.usage' meter to pipeline.yaml
3. Restarted all ceilometer services
4. Started 10 instances of 'dd' command at each VM
5. Observed new samples for 'memory.usage' meter for each VM
