Description Martin Kosek 2015-03-11 12:55:48 UTC
This bug is created as a clone of upstream ticket:
https://fedorahosted.org/freeipa/ticket/4594

In RHEL-7.1, IdM only allows OTP token synchronization during Web UI authentication or by calling LDAP extended operation. IdM UI and CLI should also allow synchronizing the token if the user got TGT by other means and use it as the first factor.

Comment 1 Petr Vobornik 2017-02-23 15:49:28 UTC
The bugzilla doesn't have high enough priority in comparison to other bugs/RFEs for 7.4. Moving to next release. Without sufficient justification it can be moved again later.

Comment 4 Dmitri Pal 2019-03-14 18:23:04 UTC
Hello,

This is a valid RFE but has a low priority.
The upstream ticket will stay open but this issue will be CLOSED.
Once upstream addresses the issue it will be brought in.

Thank you
Dmitri
