Description of problem:
Support for Bind9/named resource agent conversion from ccs to pcs is missing (ocf:heartbeat:named RA available in pacemaker).

always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. try to convert cluster.conf containing named resource with ccs2pcs

Actual results:
no conversion done

Expected results:
named should be converted to pacemaker cluster resource

You are right, Patrik, you made me check if we are announcing named/bind
resource agent proudly and it seems to be the case since at least RHEL 6.6
([bug 1009309]).
