Description of problem:
When there are no snapshots in the cluster Delete All button should not be enabled, but it is enabled by default. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ovirt-engine-3.6.0-0.0.master.20150312184339.gite45ff6d.el6.noarch

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install the latest master of ovirt.
2. Create a cluster in rhsc and add the nodes to it.
3. Now create volume and start it. 
4. Make sure that you do not have any snapshots in the cluster.

Actual results:
Delete All button is enabled under the snapshot subtab.

Expected results:
Delete All button should not be enabled when there are no snapshots present in the cluster.

oVirt 3.6.0 has been released on November 4th, 2015 and should fix this issue.
If problems still persist, please open a new BZ and reference this one.
