unblank screen when inserting smartcard
This should fix it
I was expecting this fix in the 7.2 beta, but it's still the same old behaviour. In 7.2 I cant even find the screenShield.js file. gnome-shell-3.14.4-26.el7.x86_64 Does it work for you following your workaround in bug 1260081 comment 14? I think we're just getting bit by that bug. No, the sharing plugin in gnome-settings-daemon is disabled but my screen is still blank when I insert the smartcard. I have to wake it with the mouse or keyboard. This looks like a typo on my part. After writing and testing the patch locally, I added the patch to version control, but failed to apply it in the spec file. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
