Sorry, just took over this package after it was orphaned.  There are four packages in f24 that depend on tinyxml2 as far as I can tell:

$ sudo dnf repoquery --alldeps --whatrequires tinyxml2 --source

I will announce that I intend to upgrade in rawhide and then do the necessary rebuilds/fixes this weekend.  If everything goes well I will try to do f24 too.  There's still a couple weeks before final freeze (2016-05-31 - https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Releases/24/Schedule) in case there are issues with the upgrade to 3.0.0.
