Description of problem:
When you want to have Schedule that runs eg. every 2 hours, you must flip the Run field somewhere and then back for the #timer_hours to appear.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Intelligence /  Reports / Schedules
2. Open the page for adding a new schedule
3. Select Hourly (which already is)
4. Select how often (Every 2 hours or so)

Actual results:
You can't select that, the select is not visible yet

Expected results:
You can select how often will that run.

Additional info:
It can be circumvented by selecting another value and then flipping back to Hourly. Seems like it was forgotten during the initial render of the form.

    Fixed the timer drop downs
    
    Timer types were being populated incorrectly for widgets_tree and
    schedules_tree (referred the original erb to populate
    them correctly)

Good to go.  Verified and working fine in 5.4.0.0.22.20150420163946_26004d1.
