Doc Text:	The Puppet modules used a deprecated parameter (sql_connection), which caused Nova to fail initialization. This fix updates the modules to use the new parameter (database_connection) instead. Nova now initializes successfully.	Story Points:	---

Steps to reproduce:
1. install rhel-osp-installer.
2. Create and run a single controller Neutron+vxlan deployment with 2 computes.


Result:

The deployment gets paused with errors. Checking the reports - there are errors during the compute nodes deployment:
Could not start Service[nova-compute]: Execution of '/usr/bin/systemctl start openstack-nova-compute' returned 1: Job for openstack-nova-compute.service failed. See 'systemctl status openstack-nova-compute.service' and 'journalctl -xn' for details.
