Description of problem:

I am seeing slower write performance with RDMA volumes than TCP.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

3.6.0.51

How reproducible:

Every time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Run write tests on TCP volumes.
2.  Run write tests on RDMA volumes.

Actual results:

RDMA is slower than TCP.

Expected results:

RDMA is at least as fast as TCP.
