The following channels must be added to Table 1.1:

rhel-ha-for-rhel-7-server-rpms
rhel-server-rhscl-7-rpms

Also, RHEL 6 channels can be removed from Table 1.3 because RHEL-OSP 7 is supported only on RHEL 7.
