Description of problem:

The metadata needed to allow pacemaker to use nagios agents is missing.
We need to grab it from  https://github.com/ClusterLabs/nagios-agents-metadata and include, probably as part of the r-a package

This issue has been fixed in the build system, but we're waiting for the rebase in bz#1234680 before a new build with these changes will be available.
