Description of problem:
2 issues here:
 a) Text in the selectbox contains white text on a very light background which makes it completely unreadable (both in FF & Chrome, so its not browser-specific)
 b) If you click the selectbox and choose a group, the selectbox disappears

Issue "b" does not present itself if you choose another group than the one currently active, as that will reload the page. But if you select the same group, the selectbox will be gone and you will have to reload the page for it to show up again to be able to pick a group.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Setup LDAP authentication
2. Log in as a multi-group user
3. Use the top-right menu for switching groups

Expected results:
User can read the group names and switch between groups without issues.
