Description of problem:
Looking through the CloudForms documentation, there is only limited information regarding Chargeback (setup and a brief explanation). Can we get a more in depth explanation of how it works and how we calculate storage and memory and what fields we use when calculating them. 

Example:

I want to understand how the storage's cost works in the CloudForms.

E.g: I have a VM in RHEV with the following configuration:

CPU: 2 Cores
Memory: 4G
Disk: 50GB

In rates for Computer I putted a fix monthly cost, and the cost of above items appear correctly in the report.

In Storage Rates I put a fix monthly cost to Allocated Disk Storage, but in the report the values informed don't correspond to the values that should be correct.

I want to understand how the calculation is done about cost for GB allocated to one VM?

I believe this is related to bug 977495 where you should find some of the calculations that Lucy tracked down.  Lucy, any idea if this is the complete list?

Petr - for this bug, we need to update the section on chargeback in the Insight Guide to provide the details mentioned above.

There are some details in the cases above, and the case owners should be able to elaborate on some of the missing details.
