1. Configuration -> Diagnostics -> Collect Logs
2. Click on Edit
3. Fill out the form and hit Validate

Actual results: Unhandled Exception

Verified in 5.4.0.0.22 against 5.4.0.0.11.

The settings can now be validated without raising an error.
