Content on live storage merging and deletion must be restored.

This includes -

Uncommenting 'Support live deletion of a snapshot' under 'Storage Features' in the Manager Release Notes.

Uncommenting the 'note' box in '10.12.4 Deleting a Snapshot' in the Administration Guide. The note about the feature being tech preview can be removed.

Uncommenting the final paragraph in '8.5 Snapshot Deletion' in the Technical Guide.
