mock -r epel-7-x86_64 /tmp/perl-Email-Date-1.103-20.fc22.src.rpm
will run without any problems

Note that perl-Email-Reply does not actually need this module (the buildreq is redundant and can be removed), and this module is deprecated upstream. Do you need it for anything other than perl-Email-Reply?

Yes I need this only for perl-Email-Reply, which itself is needed for Bugzilla.
