upstream commits fixing the issue

Description of problem:
python3-httplib2 can't handle 'bytes'-type headers which are generated by, for example, the google oauth2client.  This was fixed upstream in https://github.com/jcgregorio/httplib2/pull/296

* was pushed to the Fedora 22 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:

as soon as you are able to.
