Description of problem: can't recognize PCMCIA card (XIRCOM CE3B-100).
Even though the PCMCIA card was configured during install, I can't
seem to start it....

If I restart the PCMCIA server, I get cardmgr[xxx]: no sockets found!

This looks like the system is failing to detect your pcmcia devices at
all. Can you attach "dmesg" output after a boot
