Description of problem:
Rebase SSSD in RHEL-7.2 to the latest 1.13.x release available at the time in order to include all the available enhancements and bugfixes to RHEL.

1.13 Alpha was just released upstream.

Verified. RHEL7.2 as of today has sssd-1.13.0-5.el7
