Description of problem:
When user tries to click on dashboard tab it prompts for username and password.

Engine should not prompt for username and password when dashboard tab is clicked.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install the latest master and dashboard plugin
2. Refresh the browser.
3. Click on dashboard tab.

Actual results:
Engine prompts for username and password.

Expected results:
Engine should not prompt for username and password

Verified and works fine with build gluster-nagios-monitoring-0.1.0-1.0.master.201504281707.el6.noarch.

With this fix whenever user clicks on Dashboard it does not prompt for username and password.

oVirt 3.6.0 has been released on November 4th, 2015 and should fix this issue.
If problems still persist, please open a new BZ and reference this one.
