Description of problem:

The new 3.9.0 version fixes an issue that I hit in 'khal' (https://github.com/geier/khal/issues/170). I.e. some of my appointments are shown off by an
hour due to some missing timezone support that was fixed in 3.9.0

* was pushed to the Fedora 21 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing python-icalendar-3.9.0-1.fc21'
as soon as you are able to.
