Description of problem:
There's some demand to see xfce4-hamster-plugin in EPEL7. This package depends on hamster-time-tracker. So we need that too for EPEL7.

How reproducible:
yes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start EPEL7 system
2. yum install xfce4-hamster-plugin
3.

Actual results:
yum complains about broken dependency

Expected results:
be able to install hamster-time-tracker for EPEL7

Additional info:
Please build asap cause F22 will go into beta freeze shortly and new xfce is a Change there.
