Okay.

* spec file clean
* license acceptable on Fedora
* can be built (on koji scratch build, at least on F-23, F-22)
* can be installed
* At least the following works, and "occi --help" works.

$ ruby -e 'require "occi-cli" ; puts Occi::Cli::VERSION'
4.3.1
