Description of problem:

I am unable to search for distros by name or osmajor.  When putting in a value I get the following complaint:

Please match the requested format: Date in YYYY-MM-DD

So beaker thinks this is a date field

19.3

How reproducible:
everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1. https://beaker.engineering.redhat.com/distros/
2. Show search options
3. select name in pull down
4. enter some data in value
5. hit search

Actual results:
Complains that fedora value is not in date format
