Please start by reading documentation https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Package_Review_Process As someone who is not sponsored, your tickets should block FE-NEEDSPONSOR ticket 1. as you noticed, some deps are not in fedora, you need to submit them first. 2. other runtime deps are not correct, verify their name in Fedora before. 3. do not attach spec & srpm, host them somewhere and provide links. Besides, it breaks semi-automated reviewing tools. You need to provide a well formed request.
