Description of problem:
Short cut for incognito mode is no longer working due to patch 
 0013-Stop-duplicating-menu-item~in-the-app-menu-and-wind.patch

Readding <menuitem name="FileNewWindowIncognitoMenu" action="FileNewWindowIncognito"/> to pagepopup fixes the issue.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Epiphany
2. press short cut (Ctrl+Shift+n)
3.

Actual results:
Nothing happens

Expected results:
Incognito window appears

* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
