Description of problem:

While creating a VM Image using qemu-img, using qemu's native driver for gluster,
there are errors thrown.

qemu-kvm-rhev-0.12.1.2-2.446.el6.x86_64 ( RHEL 6.6 )

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a raw image using qemu-img command

(i.e) qemu-img create -f raw gluster://<gluster-server-ip>/<vol-name>/<image> 10G

Actual results:
----------------
Errors thrown, but image created successfully on the backend bricks

Expected results:
-----------------
There shouldn't be any errors

Lot of time since no activity on this bug. We have either fixed it already or it is mostly not critical anymore!

Please re-open the bug if the issue is burning for you, or you want to take the bug to closure with fixes.
